An English-speaking guide comes to your hotel and accompanies you to the local market to buy various ingredients. Then direction a peaceful community by the sea where we find our cook emeritus.

Her husband, a fisherman from the community, delivers the fish to you! You learn how to make a moqueca, the emblematic dish of Bahia. It’s a stew of fish cooked in an earthenware dish with coconut milk, dendé oil… your taste buds will remember it!-)

Duration: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Included: An exceptional English-speaking guide, round-trip private transfers, cooking class and lunch.
